- With introductions made, you’ll experience Keepme’s white-glove onboarding programme, where Antares is trained on your brand, tone of voice, pricing, memberships, policies, and website FAQs. The AI is configured using existing website content, sales scripts, and operational rules to make sure responses are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with how your business sells. This training phase is fully supported by the Keepme team, removing the need for you to build the AI logic
- Once trained, the technical setup is straightforward and depends on the channel mix you choose to deploy. For webchat, a lightweight snippet of code is embedded into your website to activate Antares instantly. Social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as messaging platforms including WhatsApp, SMS, email, and voice, can be connected through guided integrations, all supported by Keepme during onboarding
