What is PerformX Live?
PerformX Live, www.performxlive.com, is the event for fitness professionals serious about fitness, wellbeing, and performance. PerformX delivers educational sessions from inspirational industry leaders. Hosts high-energy workshops and workouts. And showcases the latest tech, experiences, and innovations.
It’s a must-attend event that also offers incredible networking opportunities. Meet like-minded people facing the same challenges as you and create lasting connections.
Over 5,000 fitness industry professionals and enthusiasts attend PerformX Live – including:
- 400+ industry decision makers
- 1,000+ gym owners & managers
- 2,500+ PTs, coaches & practitioners
- Plus 2,000+ of everyday athletes
It’s held each year – usually in March. In 2022 it took place on 18/19 March and in 2023 it took place on 17/18 March.
When is PerformX Live 2024?
Taking place over 2-day, PerformX Live 2024 is happening on Thursday 21 March and Friday 22 March 2024.
PerformX Live 2024 is highly anticipated and promises to be even bigger than 2023.
The exact timings are yet to be released but this is what we can tell you from last year. PerformX 2023 kicked off on Thursday evening. Starting with a VIP networking dinner for partners and operators.
Opening hours for the 2023 event were:
- Friday 17 March – 9am to 6pm
- Saturday 18 March – 9am to 5pm
A PerformX Party will took place in the evening on Friday 17 March 2023. Plus, from 4pm on Friday 17 March 2023 there was a pre-party drinks reception. Hosted by Independent Gyms UK & Ireland, Prime Time Lager and Xplor Gym, pre-party drinks took place at the Xplor Refuel Lounge.
Where Is PerformX Live taking place?
In 2022 and 2023, PerformX took place at one of the biggest event venues in London – Tobacco Dock. It’s located in the heart of Wapping, close to St Katharine Docks and a 10-minute walk from Tower Bridge. The venue for 2024 has not been announced yet.
Getting to Tobacco Dock
The venue address is:

In 2022 and 2023, the entrance to PerformX was located on Wapping Lane, found with the What3Words app using ///ripe.falls.bags
Arriving by public transport? Tobacco Dock is between Wapping (Overground) and Shadwell (Overground & DLR) stations:
- Wapping rail station – overground (6 mins walk)
- Shadwell station – DLR and overground (5 mins walk)
- Tower Hill station – underground (15 mins walk)
Bus routes 100 and D3 also stop near to Tobacco Dock.
Driving? Parking is available opposite the Wapping Lane entrance to Tobacco Dock. It’s owned and run by YellowPark. Spaces should be booked online.
How to attend PerformX Live 2024 – tickets
Want to attend PerformX Live? Tickets have now been released for 2024 yet. You’ll want to get a ticket fast and in advance of the event. Tickets are provided via Eventbrite.
These ticket options and prices are on offer as of 27 April 2023 for PerformX Live 2024:
- 1 day pass for Thursday 21 March – £69.99
- 1 day pass for Friday 22 March – £69.99
- 2 day pass for 21 and 22 March – £109.00
Prices increased regularly as we got closer to the 2023 event. As of 13 March 2023, these ticket options were available:
- 1 day pass for Friday – £99.99
- 1 day pass for Saturday – £99.98
- 2-day pass for both Friday & Saturday – £169.99
- 1 day pass for Friday for groups of 5 to 24 people – £53.98 per person
- 1 day pass for Saturday for groups of 5 to 24 people – £53.98 per person
- 2-day pass for Friday & Saturday for groups of 5 to 24 people – £93.98 per person
- VIP Masterclass with Steven Bartlett on 18 March (includes 2-day pass) – £503.98 (this was sold out by 13 March 2023)
Group of 25+? For the 2023 event, you could email the PerformX team for discount details.
Tickets were digital. So, you had to have your ticket confirmation code ready to scan on the door to go straight in when you arrived.
Accommodation for PerformX Live
If PerformX Live 2024 is anything like 2023 (and we’re sure it will be even bigger and better), you want to be there to enjoy both days. So, you can make the most of the learning and networking opportunities on offer! So, you’ll need to stay nearby.
The PerformX team partnered with EventBeds by NuBreed Hotels for 2023. As part of this partnership, they offered exclusive rates, with up to 30% off, at selected hotels near Tobacco Dock. Spaces were limited and there were details about offer on the PerformX Live website.

Food & drink during PerformX Live
While exact details of the food and drink options at PerformX are yet to be revealed, we do know the options from 2023. There were plenty of choices to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
At PerformX Live 2022, there was a good selection of food options to suit all tastes. Plus, coffee stalls and bakeries sold delicious treats to fuel delegates through an action-packed day!
On Friday 17 March 2023 there was an official PerformX Live after party. The after party took place from 7.30pm at Market Halls, 9 Holles St, Oxford Street, W1G 0BD. It was a buzzing evening after an epic day of learning, workouts, and networking!

Highlights for fitness club owners and operators
PerformX Live 2022 offered a strong line up of education. Speakers included Ben Francis, Jay Alderton, Phil Graham, Lucy Davis, Sonny Webster, Ollie Marchon, Gaby Noble, Jordan Shallow, and Dave Wright. Plus, the opportunity to hear from industry authorities and leading operators.
2023 was no different! So, we studied the line up to find the sessions that gym and club owners (and prospective owners) should not miss. Times were announced on 10 March – adding to the anticipation in the lead up to the event!
