Could you share an example of actions operators have taken as a result of analysis provided by FitnessKPI?

[Isabel] Yes, here are a few anonymised examples of how clubs have used FitnessKPI insights to take meaningful action.

One operator reduced its churn rate from 6% to 3.6% in under 3 months by identifying inactive members earlier and launching more timely retention campaigns.

Another improved revenue by 28% in just 8 months, simply by adapting offers to actual member behaviour and reallocating resources based on traffic and usage patterns.

In a third case, an operator achieved a 35% drop in cancellations and 22% increase in recurring revenue after automating personalised follow-ups and detecting disengagement earlier.
